By using Lalatone (website, app and API) you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Rapid Solutions Software.

What the service is

Lalatone shows a song's melody as a guide while the official video plays in the YouTube player, compares your voice with the guide and gives you a score. The free plan has a daily song limit and ads; the Premium plan, prepaid for the period you choose, unlocks every song, removes ads and includes the voice analysis.

Account

• You can sign in with e-mail and password or with your Google account; either way the account is identified by the e-mail.
• You must be 13 or older and provide a valid e-mail. The account is personal; keep your password secret.
• You can delete the account at any time under My account.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse: automating requests, circumventing limits, attacking the service or infringing third-party rights.

Payments and refunds

• Premium is prepaid, with no automatic renewal. Prices are shown in the currency of your language and may change; a period already paid never changes.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or Mercado Pago and follow their terms.
• You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the voice analysis; after that, the amount covers the contracted period. Chargebacks made through your bank remove the corresponding period.

YouTube and copyright

• Videos play in the official YouTube player and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Lalatone does not host, download or distribute audio or video of the songs.
• The guide melody is an automatic transcription of pitches and timings, used for singing practice. Synced lyrics come from open databases (LRCLIB) and are shown only during the song. Rights holders can request the removal of a song by writing to marcio@rapidsolutions.software.
• Requesting a new song asks us to prepare the guide from the public video; we do not guarantee a deadline or that every song will be prepared.

Your voice and your results

Your recordings and analyses are yours. We only use them to produce your result and, anonymously and in aggregate, to improve the scoring. We never publish your voice.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". The pitch evaluation is a practice aid, not an expert assessment. We are not liable for YouTube outages, for videos removed by their owners or for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms with advance notice by e-mail or on this page. Brazilian law applies; consumers in other countries keep the mandatory protections of their own country. Contact: marcio@rapidsolutions.software.
